    Job Description

    Qualification & Prerequisites

    1. Bachelors Degree in Business administration.
    2. A good understanding on Fit out elements such as Gypsum partition and ceiling works, Aluminum works, Other ceiling/ cladding elements like Aluminum, SS etc., all kinds of Flooring works, Plastering, Painting works, Basic Joinery elements etc.
    3. Experience networking among the real estate development, construction companies and design/architecture community in Dubai or other UAE based clients will fall as a real advantage to the candidate.
    4. Thorough knowledge and understanding of Construction & Interior UAE Market.
    5. Candidates with UAE Driving License preferred.
    6. Good presentation / communication skills are highly preferred with clarity of speech.
    7. Excellent time management skills.
    8. Should be able to work under pressure and manage stress levels.
    9. Proven record of accomplishment within the interiors industry and experienced in dealing with clients.
    10. At least 2-year experience in the UAE and a strong understanding of the UAE market with proven success in a competitive sales environment.
    11. Should have good knowledge on MS OFFICE- Word, PowerPoint, Excel etc. and should have a skill sets to prepare good presentations etc. for client brief.

    Responsibilities

    • Generate leads and sales opportunities to meet the company's Business and growth plans and the sales targets and manage the communication with the clients, making sure all client requests/inquiries are well attended to.
    • Should have the competence to prepare the scope of work with respect to the clients / stake holders requirement and to brief the same with the project team to establish the quotations/ BOQ.
    • Establishing market penetration in Commercial Interiors in the UAE and wider GCC (as appropriate), generating opportunities through contacts, social media networking and other associations.
    • Identifying and winning major fit-out projects, developing intimate knowledge of key accounts and responding quickly and effectively to tender.
    • Liaise with the design and execution teams throughout the process to make sure all client requirements are met. Negotiate agreements in coordination with the other departments and the senior management.
    • Coordinate with administration on marketing activities like SEO’s, Social Media, Company website and other marketing aspects a part of BD activities.
    • Manage client interaction and promote positive relationships with all internal departments/ Site / and other project stake holders.
    • Monitor project progress to ensure compliance with financial, operational and project schedules.
    • Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities.
    • Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails.
    • Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services.
    • Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction.
    • Build long-term trusting relationships with clients.

    Job Description

    Qualification & Prerequisites

    1. ITI / High-school Degree
    2. Experience in handling interior fit-out works (glass partitions, Aluminum works, gypsum partitions & Ceiling, Other ceiling finishes, all kinds of flooring works, Plastering, painting works, joinery etc).
    3. Thorough knowledge and understanding site/project related Drawings & Scopes.
    4. Should have a UAE Driving License.
    5. Knowledge of material specifications/ requirements for all kinds projects (partitions, Ceilings, painting, carpentry, Cladding, tiling works etc.)
    6. Good communication skills specifically clarity of speech with good proficiency in Hindi, English.
    7. Excellent time management skills to ensure projects meet their deadlines.
    8. Should be able to work under pressure and manage stress levels.

    Responsibilities

    • Should have a good understanding of development and maintenance of preconstruction, construction, and closeout execution plans. Follow HSE procedures at site.
    • Assist in reviewing project drawings and specifications to gain a full understanding of project scope, client goals and expectations, and resource requirements for each phase of the project.
    • He should have the capability to work with the team of labors and to lead them, and manage subcontractors & should be open to work in flexible timings.
    • Capable to understand the project schedules, Activity schedules, procurement schedules -arrangement of all related materials / Tools required to perform in their respective assigned project sites levels.
    • Oversee the activities and performance of subcontractors and suppliers to ensure compliance with quality requirements.
    • Manage client interaction at site levels and promote positive relationships with the labor team and reporting manager.
    • Facilitate communication between subcontractors, suppliers, and other project participants.
    • Resolve worksite issues quickly and effectively to keep work progress on track.
    • Assist in the evaluation of subcontractor and supplier and their related invoices / payments against actual project performance.
    • Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations.
    • Provide a daily report of site conditions including work scope, work force levels in projects and any safety issues.
    • Supervise and work alongside the team of labors- completion of punch-lists, all necessary site level coordination and demobilize the job site at the completion of a project.

    Job Description

    Qualification & Prerequisites

    1. Bachelor’s in Commerce (preferred major in Accounting & Finance).
    2. Minimal work experience of 2 years in Accounting/Finance (UAE experience preferable) and total experience preferred as 4-5 years.
    3. Should be familiar with financial reporting systems and good understanding of construction & building materials market.
    4. Work experience in admin / building material trading preferred.
    5. Knowledge of computer and accounting software like Tally, MS office- Excel, Word etc.
    6. Record keeping skills and communication skills.
    7. Good with numbers and figures and an analytical acumen.
    8. Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices.
    9. Excellent knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with relevant computer software (e.g. SAP-preferably).
    10. Accounts Executive need to be honest, accurate, with an eye for detail, organized and able to keep information confidential.
    11. Should be able to work in office environments and work during standard business hours.
    12. Should specialize in particular areas, such as:
    o Accounts receivable: collecting and recording payments that come into the organization.
    o Accounts payable: organizing the payment of invoices on behalf of the organization.
    o Credit control: ensuring that money owed to the organization, by outside companies and contractors, gets timely paid.
    13. UAE Driving License holders preferred.

    Responsibilities

    • Shall be responsible for all financial aspects which includes payments, receivables, payables etc.
    • Support of the BD Team and project leads in discharge of the financial responsibilities/activities.
    • Prepare budget for implementation of projects.
    • Coordinate procurement materials once the procurement list is shared by project leads related to projects and ensure on-time delivery at sites.
    • Preparation/ Updates of OPERATIONAL / CAPEX and maintain cash flow statements for projects/ trading/ Opex related transactions on a daily basis.
    • Posting and processing journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded.
    • Updating accounts receivable and issuance of invoices/ Finance documentation.
    • Updating accounts payable and perform reconciliations.
    • Updating accounts receivable and perform reconciliations.
    • Monthly bank reconciliation and Cash flow forecasting to be prepared and shared to the reporting channel by the end of the month.
    • Insure that all financial regulations are strictly adhered to.
    • Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded.

    • Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines.

    • Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed.
    • Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports- both on project sites (coordination with the respective site engineer) and financial.
    • Managing issues of cheques/All rentals/all monthly bills- Telephone/DEWA of the company and mobile entitled of employees.
